Firefly Lighting is located north of Santa Fe, New Mexico - in the Land of Enchantment. Our lighting and ironwork products are inspired by the artistic traditions of the Southwest, as well as contemporary, medieval, and Old World designs.
  
We offer our clients UL Listed lighting - including sconces, chandeliers, and pendant lights.  Through our Go Green - Gift Store we offer beautiful and functional recycled products. In addition, the company also provides, in the Santa Fe area, exquisitely crafted ironwork for all types of projects large and small.

Firefly Lighting's clients are architects, interior designers, builders, and home owners who seek a superior architectural and decorative product to complement their projects for distinctive homes, museums, and commercial/public buildings.

All of our products are made in the USA with pride and Old World craftsmanship. We are pleased to offer, to the public & the trade, custom designed, hand crafted, UL-listed lighting fixtures. In addition, Firefly Lighting offers a full selection compact fluorescent fixtures and ADA (American Disability Act) compliant fixtures. The company also provides, to the Santa Fe area, exceptional ironwork design and fabrication services for fireplace screens and tools, gates and fences, as well as stair-railings.  Custom orders are our specialty.

Firefly Lighting began making creative products in the early 1990s. We sold recycled products locally. Our first manufacturing facility was a 10' x 10' portable building. Today we have invested in our own 6000 square foot studio workshop facility; however, we take pride in the fact that our original employees, Daniel Arias and Alberto Orona, still work for our company.

Our professional shop has been created through hard work and perseverance; and we are grateful for the many clients that have helped us achieve our successes through the years. Thank you so much for your loyal patronage.

Firefly Lighting takes pride in the many fine projects we have been chosen to help complete. Our first lighting project seems like many years ago now, but with each new order the team still has the excitement and appreciation that began with us many years ago. It is our desire to keep the fun in the process of making our products, and to develop our employee's talent and creativity. It is also our goal to bring that same sense of creativity and excitement to our clients!

In 2009 the company began LEAN manufacturing training sponsored by Los Alamos and Sandia National Laboratory through their New Mexico Small Business Assistance Program(NMSBA)and New Mexico Manufacturing Efficiency Program (NMMEP). The project began with Value Stream Mapping for a production environment, and then it was followed by an assessment. We then completed the 5S portion of our training that helped us streamline our organization. This experience has really assisted us in providing a more efficient and safer facility for our production through small, systematic, and incremental improvements.  This year we look forward to learning more this year from the great folks at NM MEP.
