Our company is now celebrating our sixteenth year in business! Firefly Lighting, is located north of Santa Fe, New Mexico - in the Land of Enchantment. Product designs are inspired by the artistic traditions of the Southwest, as well as contemporary, medieval, and old world designs. We offer our clients UL Listed lighting products, exquisite ironwork, and decorative recycled items.

Firefly Lighting's clients are architects, interior designers, builders, and home owners who seek a superior architectural product to complement their projects for museums, commercial/public buildings, and distinctive homes world-wide. All of our products are made in the USA with pride and craftsmanship.

We are pleased to offer, to the public & the trade, custom designed, hand crafted, UL-listed lighting fixtures. In addition, Firefly Lighting offers a full selection compact fluorescent fixtures and ADA compliant fixtures. We are proud of our LEED project participation as well.

To the Santa Fe area we also provide exceptional ironwork design and fabrication services for fireplace screens and tools, gates and fences, as well as stair-railings. Custom orders are our specialty.
Buffalo Thunder Resort - collaborative art piece with Pojoaque Pueblo north of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Firefly Lighting provided four sets of aspen grove metal sculptures with fused glass leaves utilizing fiber optics for lobby area of resort, in addition we provided lighting for Governor’s Suite and other specialty lighting and ironwork.
Firefly Lighting began in the early 1990s. We started selling our recycled products locally with humble beginnings and virtually no initial startup money. Our first manufacturing facility was a 10' x 10' portable building. Today we have invested in our own 6000 square foot studio workshop facility; however, we take pride in the fact that our original employees still work for our company. Our professional shop has been created through hard work and perseverance; and we are grateful for the many clients that have helped us achieve our successes.

We take pride in the many fine projects we have been chosen to help complete. Our first lighting project seems like many years ago now, but with each new order we still have the excitement that began with us many years ago. It is our desire to keep the fun in the process of making our products, and to develop our employee's talent and creativity. It is also our goal to bring that same sense of creativity and excitement to our clients!



This is an installation of a chandelier - this fixture utilized recycled mesquite for the crossbeams.

In 2009 we began LEAN manufacturing training sponsored by Los Alamos National Laboratory through their New Mexico Small Business Assistance Program. The project began with Value Stream Mapping for a production environment, and then it was followed by an assessment. We then completed the 5S portion of our training that helped us streamline our organization. This experience has really assisted us in providing a more efficient and safer facility for our production through small, systematic and incremental improvements.
