CONDITIONS OF SALE

(The conditions of sale stated herein are an integral part of any contract resulting from a purchase order/ invoice being written by Firefly Lighting.) This includes receipts for credit card processing of web orders.

1. Fixtures are Underwriter Laboratories listed for dry and damp locations. Please specify at time of order.
2. All fixtures are inspected and tested on premises prior to delivery.
3. Standard pendant fixtures come with three feet of chain and four feet of wire. Pendant fixtures come with laced pendant mounts and cover plates.
4. Sconces come with standard mounting hardware. Additional chain and wire are available at extra cost.
5. Chandeliers come with cover plate, three feet of chain and four feet of wire. Heavier chandeliers will require a reinforced junction box.
6. Dimensions on products are approximate unless specific request is made for exact measurements.
7. Adequate structural support for fixtures is the customer’s responsibility for larger/heavier fixtures.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. Terms are full payment due at time of order and are required on all orders. Payment must be received before an order will be processed.
2. Once an order/invoice is written and accepted it is non-cancelable since each of our products is custom made.

SHIPMENT POLICY
1. F.O.B. Santa Fe, New Mexico.
2. We reserve the right to select a carrier on all shipments. The costs for shipping and handling are to be determined at time of sale and are borne by the customer.

RETURN POLICY
1. Due to the custom nature of the lighting, there are no returns.

DESIGN CLAUSES
1. We reserve the right to make any design or engineering changes to our product without prior notice.
2. The designs of products shown are the sole property of Firefly Lighting, Inc. Copyright, trademark, trade dress, and may fall under patent laws. The design of products and their processes may be protected by design patents, issued or pending. Most custom designs are proprietary and may not be duplicated without written permission of Firefly Lighting, Inc.
3. Due to our hand crafted manufacturing process, slight variations may occur from one fixture to another.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. All light fixtures purchased from Firefly Lighting are covered by warranty for manufacturer defects for one year.
2. Warranty becomes effective upon shipment.
3. The warranty covers any part of the light fixture that fails due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship.
However, due to our hand crafted manufacturing process, slight variations may occur from one fixture to another.
4. If product must be returned by shipping the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
5. Firefly Lighting is not responsible for electrician installation or removal of the light fixtures.

INSURANCE INDEMNITY
1. In no event, regardless of cause, shall Firefly Lighting be liable for incidental or consequential or consequential damage, either real or alleged.

CURRENCY
All quotes and invoices are provided in US Dollars, unless otherwise noted.
